2. Cash Refund:

   • 1-3 business days processing
   • 6% processing fee applies

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps:

1. Open a support ticket at support@hafizsmm.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include:
   • Order ID
   • Screenshots of issue
   • Preferred refund method
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours
4. Refund processed after verification (typically 1-3 days)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

• Completed orders that delivered as described
• Changes in social media algorithms affecting results
• Account suspensions by social platforms
• User errors in placing orders

Refill Policy

For follower/likes services:

• Must report drops within 7 days of noticing
