Customers can cancel their order within 10 minutes of placing it by clicking the "Cancel" button in the order dashboard. Email/WhatsApp requests will not be accepted for cancellation; only the in-panel Cancel button applies.
Once the 10-minute window has passed, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
If cancelled within the allowed time, the charged amount is automatically returned to the customer’s HafizSMM panel balance (not to original payment method).
We may cancel an order if the service is unavailable, details are invalid/incomplete, or the order violates our Terms. In such cases, any deducted amount will be returned to the customer’s panel balance.
Please review service descriptions and quantities before placing orders. This Cancellation Policy is separate from our Refund Policy.
